Marcelle Espíndola
Marcelle Espíndola is as active member of the Intellectual Property Commission of the Bar Association of PR (OAB/PR), coordinator of the Postgraduate Studies in Corporate Law and Business Contracts at PUC/PR, with a Master’s Degree in Economic Law from PUC/PR, and research internship at the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law, in Lausanne, Switzerland. She also holds an LL. M. in International Contracts and Dispute Resolution from the University of Turin, Italy, a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property Law from PUC-Rio, and a BA in Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). With great experience and a strategic approach, she operates in consultancy and Intellectual Property litigation.
