Victoria’s practice focuses on commercial contracts, especially in the negotiation of contracts involving large industries. She has solid experience in contracts for expansion projects of operations and industrial plants in the oil and gas, pulp, and paper, pharmaceutical, and technology industries. She has expertise in drafting contracts for civil works, EPC (Engineering – Procurement – Construction), services and supply of essential items. She performs relevant activities in the follow-up of strategic projects, as well as in the negotiation of contracts, execution and preparation of legal opinions, negotiation of agreements and preparation of the pre-litigation phase. Victória has a master’s degree in law from PUCRS- Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul since 2020 and is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Construction Law (IBDIC), as well as author of the book “Collaborative business contracts: unilateral termination and investment protection” by Thoth Publishing (2021).
