Fernanda Mainieri is a specialist in Business Law and holds a master’s degree in Company and Business Law from Unisinos, and an MBA in Business Law from IDC/RS, a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from ABDPC (Brazilian Society of Civil Procedural Law), in addition to certification in the Professional Legal Education Program (PLE) from Berkeley Law – University of California. Fernanda has over 16 years of experience in corporate law. Her expertise has been shaped by her work in leading law firms, where she has practiced business law and in the management of legal departments of major companies.
