Daniel Elias do Nascimento
Attorney graduated from Ribeirão Preto Law School of the University of São Paulo (FDRP/SP), with specialization in contract law and Master’s Degree from Getulio Vargas Foundation Law School of São Paulo (FGV-SP). Daniel Nascimento has solid experience in assisting national and multinational companies, particularly in issues related to Law of Competitions, Compliance and Regulations. He is a professor and author of the book “Descontos Condicionados e a Defesa da Concorrência” [Conditional Discounts and Defense of Competition] Editora Singular/2022), and since 2021 has been accoladed as rising star in Law of Competitions by the magazine The Legal 500.
