Michele Bertoletti has been working in the labor area since 2013, providing services in the labor advisory and litigation area in the most diverse sectors, having worked in the defense of companies in individual and collective labor claims; in public civil actions promoted by the Public Labor Ministry; in infraction notices drawn up by the Regional Superintendence of Labor and Employment, as well as in preparatory procedures and public civil inquiries promoted by the Public Labor Ministry, in addition to analysis of contingency and labor liabilities.
He has experience in the implementation of data analysis systems – Data Analytics, strategic reports and Due Diligence.
