Martha Sittoni has solid experience in employment and social security law, acting as advisor and litigator in administrative and civil procedures for large companies and industries in Brazil . She participates actively in negotiations before regulatory agencies and has spearheaded strategic collective bargaining negotiations. In addition to her practice in large law firms in Rio Grande do Sul, Martha has also worked inhouse counsel, having acted as a Regional Manager of the legal department of a large telephone company.
