Lucas Tavares dos Santos
Lucas Tavares dos Santos has been practising at CMT since 2013 advising clients of various sectors, such as agribusiness, food, automotive, cellulose and paper, civil construction, new technologies, among others. He has solid experience in strategic tax litigation, having conducted several judicial and administrative proceedings on behalf of multinationals. Currently, he is also focusing his practice on consultancy and tax planning, including the negotiation of tax incentives and specific tax regimes.
