Jacqueline Salmen Raffoul works in the area of ​​economic regulation, with a focus on Consumer Law, and in the area of ​​government relations.

In the advisory sphere of both areas, it contributes to the preparation of legal opinions and studies, in Portuguese and English. It also carries out, within the scope of government relations, the monitoring and analysis of bills in progress before the Chamber of Deputies and the Federal Senate.

In the administrative sphere, it acts in processes in progress before Procons and the National Consumer Secretariat (Senacon). This performance derives, especially, from his experience, for more than five years, in the Department of Consumer Protection and Defense (DPDC), at Senacon, in the areas of administrative sanctions and recall. Thus, it also advises and leads the preparation of recalls before Senacon, as well as prepares defenses in sanctioning processes.

In the academic sphere, she is a doctoral student and Master in Law at the University Center of Brasília (Ceub). In 2019, he received a scholarship in the 1st Public and Private International Law Course in The Hague, by The Hague Academy of International Law.
Finally, she has previous experience in law firms and was a legal advisor to the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) at the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade), having carried out studies on data protection and competition defense.
