Henrique Misawa
Henrique Misawa works in the areas of M&A, private equity and corporate law and commercial contracts. He has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, national and international M&A transactions involving companies from different sectors (e.g., commodities, steel industry, among others), as well as in proceedings involving the CVM. He worked as an international associate at Yulchon, LLC, in Seoul (South Korea) from 2019 to 2020, where he advised Korean and international clients on M&A transactions. Has an LL.M. in Corporate Law from Insper, LL.M. from the University of Chicago and is a specialist in Economic Analysis of Law from the University of Lisbon.
