Practice Areas

Henrique Lenon has a solid academic background and has focused his practice on strategic litigation, collective actions, associative litigation, negotiation, mediation and arbitration, acting in national and transnational cases and communicating in four foreign languages. In addition to his experience as a lawyer and as an arbitrator in commercial disputes, he has extensive judicial and extrajudicial experience in the labor area, in individual and collective demands, in proceedings in the Labor Court and in procedures in the Public Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Labor and Employment. He has published two books and dozens of articles in the areas of dispute resolution, labor law and international law. Passed with distinction in the Doctorate in International Law and Comparative Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), he has a Master’s degree in Economic Law from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB) and representative of the Brazilian Branch of the International Law Association (ILA) on the Human Rights in Committee. Times of Emergency. He served as a guest professor of Economic Analysis of International Law at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp) and professor of Collective Procedural Law and Labor Procedural Law at the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB).
