Danilo Brum de Magalhães Júnior
Danilo has extensive experience in conducting legal proceedings and arbitration proceedings related to, among other topics, business contracts, corporate law, civil liability, consumer relations, regulatory law and intellectual property. Danilo also has experience in matters related to the defense of competition, especially in representing and supporting companies before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) in the investigation of conduct contrary to the economic order. Adding his professional experience to his studies in the academic area, Danilo is Professor of the Law Undergraduate Course at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and has several publications in his area of training.
