Cesar Santolim
Cesar Santolim, who holds degrees in both Law and Economy, specializes in law and economics of civil and administrative law and in informatics law. He is vastly experienced in the public sector and in academis (as a university professor), offering the firm’s clients a broad view of scenarios for the taking of strategic legal decisions related to business transactions. While working for the State of Rio Grande do Sul, he coordinated the Legal Advisory Body of the State Justice Department (1986/1987), he was a State Prossecutor (1990/1999), he acted as Legal and Legislative Subchief for the Office of the Governor’s Chief of Staff (1996/1998) and as a Substitute Advisor for the Accounting Court (1999/2018).
