André Gonçalves Zipperer
André Gonçalves Zipperer is an attorney specializing in Labor Law and Labor Relations, with 25 years of experience. He holds a Specialist degree, a Master’s degree, and a PhD in Law, and is the author of books, texts, and articles on labor and technology, including “Intermediação de trabalho via plataformas digitais” (LTr, 2019), the first single-author work in Brazil on platform-based labor, and the “Manual trabalhista das Plataformas Digitais” (Mizuno, 2024).
He is a speaker and lecturer on this subject at events in Brazil and abroad. He is a researcher with the Contemporary Labor and Social Security Law Studies Group at the University of São Paulo (Getrab/USP) and with the Comunidad para la Investigación y el Estudio Laboral y Ocupacional (Cielo Laboral – Spain). He is a guest professor in postgraduate courses in Labor Law, Labor Procedure Law, and Digital Law.
He is a member of the National Commission on Labor Law of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB – Federal Council), the Labor Law Commission of the Brazilian Lawyers Institute (IAB), and the General Council of the Paraná Labor Lawyers Association.
