Orlando Silva Neto is an attorney, with master’s and doctoral degree in Law, and an Associate Professor at UFSC. Having started his career in Law School, he has large experience in corporate law, international taxation, civil liability, civil law and contract law. Throughout his career, he worked both as an in-house lawyer and a leading partner in his own law firm. Acknowledged by the fierce defense of his clients’ interests, he specializes in the legal aspects of investments in Brazil, international taxes and Brazilian corporate legislation.

In the field of Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring, we have solid experience in strategic follow-up of debt restructuring, which also encompasses companies in bankruptcy and restructuring processes, both for the debtor and the creditor. We have professionals able to work in all stages of these proceedings, which include acting as court administrators.
