Pedro Carvalho
Pedro Carvalho has extensive experience in several areas of law, having acted in several actions of Constitutionality Control and in front of representations before parliamentary commissions of inquiry – CPI’s. He also acted in regulatory procedures involving the Oil and Gas, financial, electrical and educational sectors. Assisted in the formatting of infrastructure projects in the northeast region in the port, road and sugar-energy sector. Coordinated defenses in lawsuits before Higher Courts, Courts of Accounts and regulatory bodies against public and private managers, as well as their repercussions in the criminal field; including the promotion of anti-corruption actions. It also has a solid performance before regulatory bodies in competitive demands, especially in the port, health and education sectors. As well as in the defense of large companies in cartel cases (fuels, cement and cellulose), before administrative and judicial bodies. He is currently a professor of LLM and MBA courses at Católica Business School and a university professor of Energy Law, Economic Law and Economic Criminal Law.
